This is based on my learnings from a class by Wellness Education Center (WEC) in Kalispell MT. The fast comprises three phases: Pre-fast, The Fast (3, 5 or 7-days), and Breaking-the-Fast. The schedule keeps you quite busy each day of the fast.

- Salt-Soda Enema recipe (third in list, and the one I use), if you have trouble retaining the water, as it is soothing to the intestinal mucosa. It also stimulates the lymph system. CAUTION: DO NOT USE IODIZED SALT (I use Kosher salt).
